How long will it take to receive my order?

We will contact you within 48 hours of placing the order for confirmation. The order will be delivered within 3 – 7 business days.

Who pays for shipping costs?

If the product is being exchanged due to defects or damage during shipping, please contact us and we will cover the shipping cost. If possible, we would appreciate photos of such defects.

If the product is being returned for any other reason, we kindly ask you to bear the shipping costs.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel the order as long as it has not yet been shipped. However, if the order has already been shipped, you can follow our exchange policy and return it to us. To cancel an order, please notify us as soon as possible.
